Free FY2027 grant kit

Write a counter-drone subapplication your state can fund.

FEMA’s FY2027 Counter-UAS Grant Program opened October 16, 2026. State Administrative Agencies apply to FEMA by November 16, and each state sets an earlier deadline for local subapplications. This kit helps a county or city agency get its request in on time.

No strings. The kit is free and vendor-neutral. It names no products or vendors, and using it creates no engagement with RJ Green Research. We do not draft solicitations or specifications for work we might bid on. Program figures come from a published summary of FEMA’s notice; confirm each one against the notice and your State Administrative Agency’s instructions.
